Horses in Ballyfermot

"There are many horses in Ballyfermot, especially in the Cherry Orchard fields. In the Cherry Orchard fields the horses are just left there by people. The horses sometimes get badly hurt by people. Some horses in Ballyfermot are wild and some horses are very quiet. Some people hate horses and some people love them. The people that love them always ride on their backs and clean them. The other that hate them do bad things to the horses. So if you hate horses don't bother them and if you like them just get on to their back slowly and they wont touch you". (Deirdre Byrne)
