wpe11.jpg (24900 bytes) In the 1830s it was built for an ironmaster called Henry Morson.  A man called John S. Foster lived there from 1851 to 1881, and then two tube workers lived there.  Dr Martin kept a surgery there in 1925.  Dr Gilchrist lived there in 1928.  In 1983 the building was derelict, when a man called Barry Rhodes bought it.  To build it back nicer again took until November 1984.  It then became the offices of Rhodes Advertising until 1995, when it was put up for sale again.
